Claire Owen – Managing Director

Our Managing Director is certainly no stranger to Jaga or its advocacy of energy efficiency, carbon reduction and green building techniques– Claire was previously Jaga’s Financial Controller for 12 years, where she was responsible for developing Jaga’s financial strategy, managing HR and Marketing as well as being a key member of the management team. As Managing Director, Claire uses her depth of knowledge of the business to ensure the Jaga team continue to provide customers with fully tailored solutions using its industry leading heating, ventilating and cooling products .In her spare time, Claire enjoys long walks along the Welsh border, and is currently nurturing a diverse wild flower meadow from pastureland near her home for visitors to enjoy.


Nora Conlon – Customer Service Manager

Nora is the driving force behind our esteemed customer service team. In a nutshell, it is Nora that ensures Jaga’s operations are running smoothly and efficiently and that our customers are always satisfied. Nora also manages our quality assurance programmes, health and safety and our retail sales channels. With an eye for detail and an unmatched mastery of multi-tasking, nothing phases Nora – not even phased deliveries!


Phil Mangnall – National Sales Manager

Our resident Elvis fan, Phil has returned to the company after a brief sabbatical. Like the King himself, Phil captivates our crowds of customers with his presence – backed up by a solution-driven mind-set that ensures the right products are selected for any given application. A natural-born leader, he is experienced, focused and plans everything with the customer in mind.


Sally Lloyd – Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager since March 2015, Sally is already an expert in (and owner of!) our energy efficient radiators and technologies. She is fully immersed in the sustainable philosophy that Jaga lives by, and is a keen advocate of using sustainable building practices to help preserve our planet for future generations.

Sally can often be found enjoying a run around the spectacularly scenic Black Mountains, keeping her mind clear to focus on crafting and implementing Jaga’s creative ambitions.


Kirsten Palmer-Jeffery –Marketing Manager

Kirsten is running the Jaga UK marketing function whilst Sally is on maternity leave. A seasoned marketing professional, Kirsten has worked across several professional and premium service and product brands for more than 15 years. At Jaga, Kirsten is responsible for driving ROI across all marketing activities, including online  and offline client engagement, PR and strategic projects as a member of the management team. Whilst Kirsten now lives in Malvern, she is proud of her Kiwi heritage, and an avid rugby fan.
