Reliable and dependable, Julie has been a fountain of Jaga knowledge since 1997. An encyclopaedia of product codes, she is often the first point of call for any questions the Jaga team might have. To escape the stream of queries, which she is always happy to accommodate, Julie immerses herself in the outdoors. Whether it be a countryside cycle, getting stuck into some gardening, or letting out some aggression at the rugby, Julie is all-action both in and out of the office.
Chris is someone who sees the value in providing excellent customer service, and at Jaga he is responsible for processing orders and producing quotes as well as providing customer help and advice. When asked why Chris chose to work at Jaga, it was the company’s commitment to manufacture products which consider the wider environmental impact, combined with its unique and refreshing approach to creativity and innovation. To unwind, Chris enjoys kicking back and watching TV with his wife, particularly historical or supernatural series, playing board games or going for walks in the countryside.
Maitie is an excellent communicator and a real people person – qualities which aid her role as one of Jaga’s Customer Service Administrators. At Jaga, Maitie goes above and beyond to provide the kind of customer support that has led the company to be distinguished in its field. When asked about her favourite product, Maitie was immediate in naming the Heatwave for its ability to bring power and beauty together. Her ideal day off would involve visiting buildings from different time periods, whilst also taking the time out to have afternoon tea in a quirky café.
Justin joined Jaga in May 1999 initially working in the warehouse then moving into the office as a Technical Estimator in October 2000. 2014 has seen him spend more time out and about on site due to the increase in popularity and sales of Jaga’s continuous LST products. In addition to his technical estimating responsibilities, Justin also pens many of the replies to user questions on the Forum section of this web site and he lives handily close to the office in Ledbury.
Adrian joined Jaga in March 2015 as a Technical Project Engineer to take advantage of the power of the AutoCAD drawing software for the company as well as organising the BIM drawings and make them accessible to clients. Adrian has deep experience in the HVAC industry, and is a forward-thinker and innovator; skills he utilises at Jaga, specifically when designing its Fan Coils. He is a keen MotoGP follower and a rugby enthusiast, and was a former player for Ledbury RFC.
Becky joined Jaga in late 2008, initially as receptionist and general face of Jaga. She quickly moved up the ladder joining the Technical Estimating team where she enjoys a challenge. If pressed to name a favourite Jaga solutions she says it would Oxygen as she finds it a fascinating system which is also very versatile and can offer many different solutions to suit the needs of the end user.
In her spare time away from Jaga, she enjoys nothing more than a walk in the countryside among her dairy cattle and talking to her chickens. She says she is short but her colleagues will agree that she is not short on strength.
Andy is Jaga’s resident technical guru. He’s the man who works with the company sales specialists to make sure that our heating, ventilation and climate control systems actually perform on site as, or even better than, specified. He is happiest when working on some of the larger projects where there is the real opportunity to be involved with multi-disciplinary teams and answer a variety of HVAC challenges. Andy was also the author of the much downloaded Jaga eGuide to Façade Heating.
