In order to meet their affordable warmth strategy, Vale Housing Association specified the Jaga Strada for their newly-built Stonehouse social housing project in Radley, Oxford. The Strada was chosen for installation in every room in every dwelling in the project to provide safe, energy-efficient, affordable warmth from compact, robust units. Vale Housing Association wanted to address the difficulties faced by those for whom heating costs represent a high proportion of their income.

The Strada incorporates industry leading Low-H20 technology that offers a reaction speed three times faster than equivalent output steel panel radiators, and an energy saving of 10% compared to other radiators. This factor results in long-term savings on heating costs for social housing tenants. In addition to their energy saving performance, Jaga Low-H20 heat emitters also offer better air distribution and circulation.
This ensures that an entire room is heated to the same perfectly controlled temperature preventing humidity or mould formulation in cold spots. Eliminating the possibility of burns, the Jaga Strada radiator is also a cool-to-touch heating solution.
