Job title: Business Development Manager

Department: Sales

Location: Home based, covering South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex

Working hours: Full time


Job Summary

  • To manage the territory to stimulate profitable sales of Jaga’s sustainable HVAC products and solutions by developing and implementing a regional business plan and providing excellent customer service.


Reporting Lines and Working Relationships

  • Reports to National Sales Manager.
  • Working relationships with the management team, business development managers, technical consultants and all internal departments.


Tactical Work

  • Sell a market leading range of commercial HVAC products to specifiers (40%), merchants (20%) and contractors (40%).
  • Manage orders and quotes through the supply chain
  • Plan, manage and report on customer meetings, and sales opportunities via the companies CRM.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and business growth.
  • Create new business opportunities by building relationships with new target customers.
  • Provide design and product selection solutions to customers.
  • Provide installation advice to customers and assist in post order customer service process as required.
