Phil Mangnall - MD

As a natural-born and experienced leader, Phil returned to Jaga in January 2015 to head up the sales team. He believes to be an excellent National Sales Manager you must be a great collaborator and listener, qualities he very much brings to the team.  In his role, he ensures that he and the rest of the Jaga sales team provide extensive guidance and support on every project, assisting in any way possible throughout the process.

While in his own time you will often find him listening to a number of his favourite Elvis songs, walking their dog George or kicking back with the family and some excellent food (home-cooked by himself) accompanied by a large glass of red wine.

Justin Vicarage

Justin joined Jaga in 1999 initially working in the warehouse then moving into the office as a technical estimator in October 2000.

He lives handily close to the office in Ledbury and is a lover of chillies, classic rock and general silliness. He is proud to support Tottenham Hotspur and regards himself as an optimist generally.

Andy Williams

An engineer by profession, Andy is one of Jaga’s resident technical gurus. He is well respected for his knowledge and experience working with schools to improve Indoor Air Quality. He also works with company sales specialists to make sure that our heating, ventilation and climate control systems actually perform on site as, or even better than, specified.

Andy loves the fact that just about every project that he has been involved with since joining  Jaga in 2007 is different. He has delivered some of Jaga’s largest projects with multi-disciplinary teams solving a variety of HVAC challenges. Among the recent projects that are closest to his heart are The Derby Council House, the Network Rail HQ in Milton Keynes and the award-winning 7 More London office building.
