Jaga is proud to announce that its Customer Service Manager, Nora Conlon, has won HVR Magazine’s Customer Service Person of the Year Award 2015, which is designed to recognise those who go above and beyond for their customers.

In Jaga’s own quarterly customer service reviews, conducted by ‘mystery’ customers that have worked directly with Jaga throughout the year, Nora consistently achieves a customer service rating of 87% – proving that she is not only viewed as indispensable by her fellow colleagues, but that her work is considered essential to the success of our customers’ projects.
The awards ceremony was held at London’s Chelsea Harbour Hotel on 15th October 2015 to celebrate excellence and innovation in the building services sector.
